These rail ends are designed to connect the top rail of your chain link fence to the terminal posts. Also commonly referred to as rail end cups or rail ends. These can also be used to secure mid rails and bottom rails to terminal posts. Each terminal post (gate or end post) will take 1 of these with each brace band, and you will need 2 of these for each corner post as well as 2 brace bands and a 5/16" x 1 1/4" nut and bolt for each of the brace bands and tension bands you will need.
For commercial applications the pressed steel option is used as it allows for a bent truss rod to be installed through the cup and into the horizontal brace for terminal side connections.
